Over at NeilMed Neti Pot’s Facebook page they’re giving away a FREE Neti Pot to new fans! If you don’t have a Neti Pot go over there and snag one; you’ll be so glad that you did if you’re someone like me who suffers from seasonal and/or pet allergies.
If you’re skeptical about Neti Pots checkout this post over at WebMD about sinus pressure and pain help.
“Many patients with sinus symptoms from bacterial infections, allergies, and environmental irritants also have begun to regularly use the Neti pot or other nasal irrigation devices, claiming that these devices alleviate congestion, facial pain and pressure, and reduce the need for antibiotics and nasal sprays.”
I totally agree that using a Neti Pot does alleviate congestion and facial pain.
I suffer from a lot of facial pain from the constant pressure I feel when my allergies are at their peak when the trees are blooming. Instead of poping a pill I just take out my Neti Pot, mix up the saline solution and then do a sinus cleanse. My Neti Pot actually works so well for me that it’s now part of my nighttime routine. I brush my hair, brush my teeth, use my Neti Pot, wash my face and put on lotion. I’ve had my Neti Pot for about 7 years now and it works great, but, I really like the the NeilMed one because of the lid and shape.
Anyway, go snag a free one and try it out! You’ll be very happy that you did, trust me.
